Kapil is a Chartered Accountant and Lawyer with over 20 years of professional experience. He is also a qualified Independent Director and is on the Board of a number of Companies acting as one. He started down his career path with Deloitte Haskins & Sells in the year 1999 and after working there he co-founded IBA in the year 2003. His technical expertise lies in Taxation and Mergers & Acquisition practice along with the overall understanding of accounting and outsourcing. Lately he has been actively on the IT side with a number of companies delivering long term and short term period projects. He has been a mentor to a number of team members and has been actively involved with a number of undergraduate colleges and post graduate colleges for their placement cells.

Nirav is a Fellow Chartered Accountant with over 18 years of experience and heads people and technology practices at IBA. Began his career with Deloitte Haskins & Sells before co founding IBA. Before venturing into Human Resources and Technology businesses he was actively involved in providing advisory on corporate laws and a range of regulatory matters including inbound & outbound strategy as well as compliances. In his career span, he has worked on an array of services including audit, risk advisory, taxation, outsourcing, valuations & business advisory with clients across the industries giving an edge to his well rounded approach. His current areas of focus include entire domain of Human Resources and Information technology including Cyber Security, Process Automation, Robotics etc. He is also a qualified Licentiate Company Secretary, Registered Valuer (registered with IBBI) and a qualified Independent Director. Apart from working with Old world industries, Nirav is fond of IT, ITES, Fintech, Technology, Retail, Robotics; especially startups and businesses focussing on Sustainability

Puneet is a Fellow Chartered Accountant with over 18 years post-qualification experience. He has rich experience in the field of audits, financial due diligence and forensics to various mid-sized and large companies (Indian as well as trans-nationals) across various sectors.He is an Alumni of Deloitte Haskins & Sells and BSR & Co. (KPMG in India) and has been a partner with Mazars India prior to associating with International Business Advisors. Lately he has been actively on the IT side with a number of companies delivering long term and short term period projects. With his strong communication skills he has been instrumental in getting inroads to various marquee clients to the firm. He has been a regular guest lecturer in a number of academic institutes and leads the placement cells for many professional colleges.
